Here’s what you need to do:
Select & Prepare Your Work
Select your best portfolio work. We will accept any printed or digital media that can be represented in a publication format (Web design, animation or any other motion design should be submitted as screenshots or in storyboard form.)
Download & Complete Submission Forms
THE FORMS ARE DIGITAL. You must complete ALL of the forms included in this document using Adobe Reader. You may download this software FREE at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
** The included Personal Release Forms must be completed for your work to be published in ARTISTIK Magazine. Please read the terms of the agreement carefully. By signing this form digitally, you agree to and release the right to publish the work you choose to submit in ARTISTIK Magazine.
Submit the Work
Once you have completed the forms and compiled your work, you should submit a CLEARLY LABELED CD or DVD to your Department Chair.
The following items should be on the disk:
- This COMPLETED Entry Form
- The WORK you are submitting
- Your self-portrait/headshot
Wait For Notification
You will be notified via email or telephone if your entry has been accepted and will appear in ARTISTIK Magazine. Entrants will be notified after the deadline date prior to publication.
Alumni and industry professionals will not be considered.
